About Erica

Erica is a BAFTA- nominated documentary director and producer, with years of experience making films that give people a voice. She has filmed and directed documentaries for both major UK and US broadcasters, including the BBC, Channel 4 and HBO.

Her film ‘SAUDI WOMEN’S DRIVING SCHOOL’ premiered on HBO on 24th October 2019 and is available on Amazon Prime. 

Erica has most recently has just finished a three-part series on Ghislaine Maxwell for C4/ Starz.

Britain’s ‘Virginity’ Clinics Uncovered Clinics (ITV Exposure)

The Bafta-winning ITV Exposure strand examines the lucrative trade capitalising upon myths surrounding women’s virginity and goes undercover to investigate the clinics making money from so-called virginity testing and repair procedures that campaigners condemn as a violation of human rights.

Ambulance Series 6 (BBC 1)

Series directed eight – part series as it returned to London. Filmed in the control centre as the senior editorial shooting role, led and trained the location directors, oversaw aerial, drone and jib shoots and cut an episode

Saudi Women’s Driving School (HBO)

Filmed and directed rare access in Saudi Arabia, following the lives of women there learning to drive for the first time.
